FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
(Or things everyone needs to know)
Do I have to wear socks?
Yes. Socks are compulsory. Don't forget to bring them. You can also buy them in store.
Can I bring my own water?
You can and we encourage it as we don't provide water refill facilities, but we do sell bottled water.
Where are you located?
Unit 1, 1968 Beach Rd, Malaga. We're on the opposite corner to Bunnings. Access into the carpark is via Beach Rd - West Bound, or via Holder Way at the rear of the complex.
Is there enough parking?
Yes, we have ample parking at the front and side of the complex.
Do you have an age limit?
We have two separate areas, one for 7 and over, and a separate, enclosed area for under 7 year olds. Parents can come into this area with their kids. We have kids as young as 12 months old having a great time.
Do you run sessions?
Yes. All sessions run for an hour, on the hour. When it starts to quieten down however, particularly around late afternoons and evenings, we may let people start jumping from the time they come in.
Will I need to book?
Yes, we have a limited number of places available per hour, so online bookings via our website are essential. Walk-in's will only be able to be accommodated if there is availability, otherwise you may have to wait till the next available session.
Can I just bring down a group of kids for a jump?
Of course you can, provided an online booking is made to avoid the disappointment of the session being booked out.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
If it is greater than 48hrs before your dedicated time slot we can give you a credit for future use. If it is less than 48hrs your booking is non-refundable or transferrable.
Can I book out the whole venue?
Absolutely. Best thing is to email us direct and let us know what type event you are planning. We can then determine the best and most cost effective option for you.
Do you ever close early?
We may close early if there are no bookings for the late sessions (3pm onwards from Sun - Thu and 5pm onwards on Fridays), particularly during the colder winter months.
Why do I have to sign a waiver?
The waiver is there to make customers aware of the risks involved in the activities we provide. By purchasing an entry ticket you agree to out T&C's and an hardcopy waiver does not need to be completed.
Can I bring my own food & drinks?
No, unless approved prior by Aerial Fun Trampoline World management. This is due to health regulations. Please don't be offended if you are asked to take any food or drinks off the premises. As we don't have a water fountain, we certainly don't mind if you bring your own water as kids get thirsty. We do sell water and other drinks at a very reasonable price.
Do I have to pay if I'm not jumping?
No. Visitors, parents, siblings and everyone else who just want to watch are more than welcome.
What is a jumper's card?
A jumper's card is a loyalty card. When you pay for 5 full entries, you get the 6th jump free.
